Our client is famous Danish company. For their office in Belgrade they are looking for: Logistic Assistant. 

Essential duties and responsibilities:
Ensure daily routines related to custom clearance and freight:
O Custom clearance in relevant countries
O Inbound freight management -> From booking to delivery in warehouse
O Outbound freight management -> From booking to delivery to customers
O Performs the administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing and distributing of supplies
O Contact carriers and vendors to get load status information in timely manner to ensure on-time delivery for customer satisfaction.
Education and work experience:
O 3-5 years working experience with logistics
O Verbal and written English skills on high level
O Experienced ERP user (preferable Navision) system and Excel
Personal qualifications:
O Result-focused and quality driven
O Flexible, professional and detail oriented
O Understand the importance of timely and accurate work
O Self-driven, but likes to work in a skilled team
