Value of our service is 15% of candidate`s annual net salary + VAT (20%) if you pay from Serbia. This can be transferred on a monthly basis depending on your preferences. Please note that we offer 365 days of unconditional guarantee.

If the candidate leaves due to any reasons in the period of 365 days from the employment, we will stop sending you the bills as long as Srma Consulting finds a new candidate to replace the previous one. 

At the moment you get a new candidate, we shall proceed to send the rest of bills.
