If you suffer from insomnia, try to stop thinking about the unsolved issues before going to bed.
Instead of bad thoughts try to visualize the place where you want to be, the person you want to become or the goal you want to achieve.
Focus on your breathing and the signals your body sends you while doing this exercise.
Take some notes of the body sensation. Please note that every organ is connected with an emotion.
By identifying the authentic emotion, you will get a rid of a covering emotion, and as a result you will get free of insomnia.
